If it’s your first time booking a massage things can seem more than a little daunting as there is much that may still be uncertain to you.
With this in mind we’ve put together some information in the form of this short set of guidelines that will help introduce you into what you need to know before attending a massage booking so you can feel more at ease.
Before you arrive
We’ll use the mobile number you booked with to send you directions and an address of your masseuse by SMS text message on the day of your appointment.
A reliable means of contacting you is absolutely essential, should we need to pass information to you, for this reason please carry your mobile / cellphone phone with you.
Our masseuses only accept cash payments for services, this is normally paid for at the end of your massage. Please ensure you have adequate funds with you before you arrive to avoid causing embarrassment or unnecessary complications.
When you arrive
Please be discreet and inconspicuous when arriving at your chosen location. In most instances you’ll be visiting a private residential flat or apartment in the city, the people living here are used to seeing people come and go all the time as this is often the nature associated with city living in London.
Please ensure you arrive on time, if you arrive early please take a short walk and do not wait or loiter outside. And remember if you are late, we may not be able to run over time due to proceeding bookings after yours, we will not offer discounts for missed time unless we should be at fault.
When being buzzed in through an external door please refrain from speaking into the intercom, just head straight in as we’re expecting you.
Hygiene and cleanliness is very important, you’ll be offered a quick hot shower to clean up before your massage. This is a requirement for all visiting clients who have traveled to the location.
